Well. It's confirmed.... it's maniana! Gutted that the club has had to close.... just as it was picking up a head of steam!
Mark, poor lad, had put in so much work... it's a sheer pity to see it be wasted! I want to say thanks to hinm for the effort made... hopefully not in vain, & also say thanks to all those that attended who made a little Mid Wales country boy like me so welcome.... sob.....
Keep the faith though peeps... every cloud has a silver lining & i'm convinced a phoenix will rise from the flames, bigger & better than ever!  |

I know. I'm in tears! I feel sorry for Mark, the organiser. He really did do a great job.
I do have sympathy also for the owners of Pennant Hall.Circumstances, i believe, have changed which has made them take a step back .
Hopefully., in the the cold light of day, issues can be resolved & we can all go back to doing what we do best... arm wrestling....... |

Real shame, was looking forward going, it is still there, but for different audience, only one in the village, according to website:
