Nothing exciting on cards for me this week, just visiting family over the Bridge.

Far from refreshed....

Had a lovely quiet weekend no alcohol. ..felt fresh as a daisy..

Then had three mates around for a pool party yesterday afternoon and they just left now going to work still d*unk......

Fair to say I'm not feeling all that clever
