Fair-skinned, so use a high SPF, but really love this weather.
If any South or West Wales ladies fancy meeting up one of these warm sultry evenings (that are just MADE for getting naked somewhere secluded outdoors) just give me a shout...I'd love to hear from you Its one of those things you really MUST try... |

Doesnt matter what factor you put on just get some on peeps and protect your skin...its designed to protect your skin not to stop u catching rays ..and girls get the cream on the baps x |

no  its a super food as in hair skin cooking low cal weight loss as long as u no rite product so many fake shitte and can grease a chain saw but having a degree and being a nurse id no |
