well thats my bday gb done and now i think i need to re think my maths

I allowed 65 invites over a 6 hour period before stopping the numbers because as we all know around 50% will back out or no show however out of the 65 original invites 4 turned up and another 5 that were invited on the fly that day to boost numbers all the last min ones to be fair turned up but I think I need to re evaluate things if over 90% are no shows is there any point offering  |

That's not good at all...and lucky there are some gems amongst the rubble 
I tryed a number of times to arrange one on here but it was so difficult.so when I did my last one I did it in chams and the guys came there.was so much easier |
