Well we're now in June so basically half way through the year!

So let's hear what your new years resolution was and did you achieve it?

Or did you fall off the wagon

Mine was by summer I'd have abs like slabs

And while I'd say I was in better shape than xmas I could of done more n certainly can't do my washing on them lol

So let's hear em

Mine was:-

Be fit and healthy - ok cancer free that's a start and I m back in the gym now onwards

Start my own business which is now on its way xxxxx

I quit smoking and only fall off the wagon when I have a drink, normal service resumes day after though.

Mine was to lose weight but fell pregnant so that's out the window now until baby is here

Get the bug back for bjj and compete again, loving it more than I ever did and the clean living is paying off.

Apart from that less work and more quality time with kids.......thats happening too, lifes good

To be kitesurfing by summer... Hmm.. Can't see it happening. Will probably only start learning in the summer lol as long as it's by the end of the year I'll be happy.

Had really bad "season" last year, and plagued by foot/ankle injuries, so my aim was Chester half marathon in May, a couple of 10km, and Chester Metric Marathon in October.

First target achieved, and keep pushing through the summer

Mine was to play Rugby League at a high level when Rugby Union finishes and I've achieved that so next goal is in target!

Lose weight I did lose a stone and half but fell off the wagon. Feeling and looking like a bloody doughnut so whatever happens back on plan on Tuesday after ouR night away x
