Are there any fabbers who are running the Swansea Half on the 14th June? If not, going down to spectate and cheer on?
I signed up after a friend said he was going to do it and beat my previous PB, so I am going out there to do it to beat it myself!  |

If I'm going from Swansea to Mumbles its in my car or on my bike...and there's a Joe's Ice-cream at the end of it 
Good luck to all taking part, but running isn't a sport that appeals to me...you've got to scare yourself to really get the adrenaline flowing... |

Good luck to everyone else who is doing this. Just a week away now, gettng close!
My PB is a tad over 1.45, so hoping to get under that.
The route is city centre down to mumbles and back. Looks good in honesty! |
