Few years ago I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed by a rookie dentist - he had both hands in my mouth up to his elbows with drills and drains and god knows how many implements squeezed in there and was busy stitching my tonsils to my cheeks and my tongue to my lips - but all I was aware of was the nurse's gorgeous boobs pressed hard against the side of my face.
