Come to the conclusion my body isn't built for mountain/dirt track biking.
Admittedly since being about 14 only bike I've used is an exercise bike but yesterday I bought a bike and today did a 7km dirt track course - my new walk is kinda embarrassing!
Who's coming to mine with baby oil, the want to massage and lots of sympathy?
Could be open to being ridden if you can rub the aches away.  |

Most certainly taking that advice for the future, thankfully no planned bike rides until I buy a bike made exactly for the purpose. |

I found 'manning the fuck up' and a long soak in the bath helped. My legs are almost friends again this morning |

I don't think it was so much the saddle as it was the inclines and a shit bike for the course. |
