hi all looking to organise a social in bridgend if enough peeps wanna attend looking at mid November gonna ring a few places tomorrow to see if they will have all us sexy people so if intrested let us know on here xxxxxxx |

Surely the idea of a social is to get to know people?
Better to let all the single guys in, and out the dick-heads, than leave them out and not know who the bad ones are!!!  |

already mentio_ed weatherspoons kitten  it dont make any difference to me tho coz i wont be going anyway shame as i could have put a few people up and saved them b n b or hotel prices

Has there been any movement on this?
I'm still interested in attending, but may need to rearrange my shift pattern to accommodate it, and the more notice I have the easier it is for me to do that.

hey we would deffo be interested depending on date..... I do however agree with sthwales on the fact that all single males should be allowed to attend... this is not a greedy issue it is that if you start making socials exclusive it makes them unpopular and socials are a good place to out the knob heads lol!! xx |

Now that's a good idea... everyone bringing something along for a raffle.
We could make it a bit more fun by saying you have a maximum budget of a fiver, or that whatever you buy has to come from a charity shop  |

Yeah count us in....and hey let all the single guys come!! as long as theyve been verified on fab site though..i mean how else they gonna get to know peeps. totally agree hon, it can be like a childrens playground sometimes sorting out adult squabbles, often at peoples house parties!! im having none of it, if I hear of party mongrels squabbling they get crossed off any party I hold. We dont need or want it!!! be happy loverly people! xx |

Why has nothing further been done to get this great idea up and running? The last social we attended in Bridgend way back in the mists of time consisted of about 15 of us!!! There is a substantially larger number of folk wishing to attend this time. So come on Charlie and Diesel, we need a firm arrangement. xxx |

I take it, from the lack of a date and venue that this social is either not happening any more or has been pushed back to December?? I would be interested in attending, last social I went to was in Cardiff about a year ago (or so) and would love to attend another. |
