Hey guys, me and my brother (missioninspunkable) have been talking about this for a while and just wondered if anybody would be interested in a singles (but couples welcome) camping weekend for the first weekend in August.
We thought about the The Gower in Swansea as we know the owner of a camp site and could very likely get sole use of a field.
Site has all the facilities you could wish for but I'll have to confirm if sole use could be agreed but I'm sure with a good number wanting to attend we could secure it.
So I said singles with couples welcome purely because apart from the usual singles socials nothing more tends to happen for us singles but couples would be very welcome.
Not intending this to be a cock fest in anyway though so single females please don't think it would be- this would just be a social event and a bloody good crack I'm sure.
Also want to add its mine and my brothers birthday weekend so would be great to spend the time with like-minded folk. |

I'm tentatively interested. TV/TS not quoted by OP but I'd prob be in drab anyway. Not been camping in a few years but used to love it. Did a lot of rough (free) camping in W Wales and Scotland. If there's a BBQ I might be able to catch some fresh mackerel for it. If this thread doesn't die I'll be following it |

Ha, it won't die and it's happening.
Be it me and my brother or with guests. My inbox is saying quite a few want solid date/days which I need to sort when I call the site tomorrow.
A party tent and BBQ will certainly be happening. All the joys of camping for sure. |

Just spoke with the owners of the site we thought about.
They're willing to offer me exclusive use of a field if the numbers are good.
The campsite is well stocked with facilities and for those fearful ladies who cannot do without a hair dryer and straighteners they'll provide power to any designated tents or whatever for a charge (saves paying for an electric hook up but thought I could secure a deal with them to provide power to party sized gazebo for the mass to use)
The toilet and shower facilities however do have hair dryers and are very good.
There is also a swimming pool and mini spa on site I thought I'd add, obviously they can only be used for non-sexual activity.
A shop, pub, restaurant, nightclub, fish and chip shop, bus stop for those who don't drive actually stops right outside the site and is some 55 mins journey from Swansea bus station.

I have 8 confirmed tents and a few maybes already.
Not looking at more than 30 tents in total.

We've got quite a bit of room left for couples who want to attend.

Been suggested by a few to have the main night to have a theme/fancy dress. So if anybody would like to suggest such a thing you can all decide between yourselves
I've sorted a pretty hefty sized marquee for the party on the Saturday night. |

Just to clarify a few bits.
No children are allowed to this event - this is an adult only party.
Unverified members.
If you're wanting to attend I'm happy to pencil you in, in the meanwhile you have plenty of time to get verified in which ever way you need to because I will only allow those verified.
This is for many reasons and safety and discretion being the main reason for others attending.
Location.
The location is in Thr Gower in Swansea, I will not disclose the exact location to anybody prior to the event again due to safety and discretion of those attending.
Cost is £10 per person per night. However, this may decrease beyond my quoted number attending.
The main night party (1st August) will be held in a marquee which will be by access only to those attending.
It would be advised to be there for the two days as activities are happening throughout the main day (more on that soon but promises to be a hoot!!!!) |

More news been given the biggest and most private field for the weekend!!!!!!
So, with 7 acres to fill, the owners have also very kindly agreed to hire 3 portable toilets exclusively for the field rather than having to walk to the ones in the field away from the group.
Also discounted cost of use of the indoor spa and pool facilities just for the group for those wanting enjoy the spa pool, sauna etc but REMEMBER, no funky business in these areas!
I'm busy planning the main day 1st August which I promise to be fun, sexy and enjoyable for the masses.

Me and my bro are down the site now as I type this. The field is massive!!!!!!!! That we've been given for the event.
We also have private access away from the main site.
This really is going to be epic with the guest list. Really can't wait myself

Also been requested that a ladies dressing room be set up for those with limited head height in their own tents, this too will be happening. Will have electric too and proper lighting. |

The demand for attendance was totally unexpected and I've tried to accommodate this due to the demand.
Seems camping, sexy fun, parties, friendly atmosphere is a real liking to us Welsh and those beyond.

It was always going to be on a private field on a campsite, this has never changed but due to demand the biggest and most private field has been secured.
For many reasons most of all being demand, security, freedom and discretion to those attending - this new field offers all of that and more, equally the demand can be met comfortably but I'm pretty sure I'll have to turn more people down than those who want to attend, as it stands without it being unmanageable by myself (with help from my brother) everything is cool.

I really don't care who does what as it's a swinging site and people are free to do as they please.

People are free to ask whatever they want.
I've nothing to hide, no 'charge' is being made to people only the cost set by the site which will have to be paid on entry but quite possibly a deposit before because they themselves have costs to provide some of the facilities required like private toilets (exclusive use) and additional costs to assure the event is lawful to their licence
This is a friendly gathering, happens to be my birthday, I'm footing all of the cost (minus what people pay to cap) including anything purchased for the event.
If 200 couples and singles want to turn up, it's cool with me, it won't deter from the original idea of a fun and friendly event, if there is demand I'm happy to help supply, I've not done anything for the swinging community and saw a way that like minded folk could meet up to enjoy beyond other events made that they couldn't attend, equally my fiends off here who I'd love to spend my birthday with rather than a forceful family and vanilla friends congratulations of turning a milestone if rather not be reminded of.

Roll up roll up. Decided on a cap in numbers that'll soon fill I'm sure. Had a few pull out due to family commitments and stuff so spaces are still available.
I'll soon be posting a full run down of the weekend and what I've got planned but the basics are above.
Some lovely members are attending! Promising to be a great weekend.
