Yes I believe this is true and there could possibly be a new dungeon themed fetish playroom within the Cardiff area opening in the next few months.
I also think they may have just opened a profile that might give a little bit more detail, there profile name is Under Lock and Key.

not dire just kept under wraps we have strong groups in carmarthenshire swansea and bridgend who hold regular munches but people have to be genuinly on the darkside then doors will open |
