P.M.T....any advice ladies??

The past year or so I suffer from really bad p.m.t for about a week before I come on. I am a right cunt to everyone or I just cry for nothing. And I am constantly shattered no matter how much I sleep. It's starting to piss me off. Any tips on how to deal with it??   |

I have been anaemic off and on for years but haven't had my levels checked for ages purely because I cba with going to the docs. Shall make an effort to go once the kids are back in school  |

I have a pretty "out there" solution............... Man up! And queue the torrent of a use that sends me running from the site forever lol

Ugh this, I'm a bitch on pmt. As in totally irrational, insane, Satan's hellbitch for a few days. Awful to live with, I was. These days I just try to keep busy, have a few bubble baths, pamper myself, have lunch with the girls...anything that's nothing to do with men as they wind me up a treat around that time. Spoil yourself and be around good people. X |

That's what bugs me is the irrationality.... things that would never even slightly bother instead either absolutely infuriate me or turn me to a blubbering wreck

I'm a bitch a week b4 and the week of it lol....
Had the 10 year coil fitted but made my periods worse.
Funny I've just been to the doctors today regarding these women problems and im having blood tests next week

I tend to stay clear of vwe men as it's ok in the night so to speak but I have pain for about 3 days later |

I was worse with the coil then I was normally. I had PMT and pain for the whole 6 months that it was in. NEVER again. I thought I was going to pass out when it was inserted, even the consultant who inserted it was worried about me.
Just have fun thinking up ways to kill them instead! lol  |

I have had the mirena coil since i was 16 which is unusual so am now on my 2nd.
I love it, i do get emotional/bitchy but my periods are non existent pretty much, cant complain about an hour a month.
Vwe guys are a no go though as yes it bloody hurts x |
