DW gym Merthyr

Good morning and happy Friday fellow Fabsters!

This is a rather random question to be putting on a site like this (don't have Facebook anymore you see)

Does anyone use DW fitness gym in Merthyr Tydfil and partake in the classes? (Thinking of the insanity class)

If anyone does would you recommend it?
