R Kelly - ignition, loves a bit of bump n grind me
Shakira - but my hips do mind and I'm not lucky enough to have small breasts not that they've ever been mistaken for mountains hehe
Currently hating all about the bass, daughter sings it far too often to be enjoyable these days lol xx

More of a soul/funk/northern soul fan really, but have a sneaky regard for disco.
Fave tune is probably The Jackson Sisters - I Believe in Miracles
A guilty pleasure is definitely Odyssey - Native New Yorker
Chic were/are fantastic - saw em last year and Nile Rogers is something else.
A lesser known tune I live from that era is Gino Scocchio - Try it Out. Great bassline. |
