anyone been to that new gym in town in newport by the in shops yet.it looks like a nice gym to go to.iam thinking of going there myself.do anyone no if its open yet.my friend was saying its a £100 for a year and its a 24.7 gym.sounds good.new gym.new year.and a new me i think.  |

i went to the new gym tonight to have a look it was packed.it was very nice in there i had a chat with one of the guys in there from my old gym.he loves it in there.he was saying is miss goes shopping and he pops in the gym then they meet up after sounds good to me.i must get pumping and get some of this fat of.lol |

Ain't been to Newport properly since I left high school.
What's the parking like these days?
I'm a member of DW. Does this gyms facilities compete?
I.e. Decent free weights etc? |

its £10.99 a month.thats good.i payed for a year.been in my old gym for 20 years now.i want a new start so this gym will be good.right in town to.i can do my shopping then pop in the gym and pump up.happy new year guys.

Car park is in shopping complex, joining fee is £15. After first 12 months it goes up to £17.99 a month.
My induction is booked for tomorrow so I'll probably be there most days from now on. See if my twice a week leg days can boost my test levels again :D |
