I find women incredibly easy to buy for, if you know the woman well enough you should find something easy! Stay away from clothing unless you know for certain what size she is (lingerie etc)

How about a bottle of Fairy liquid, it lasts ages, softens the skin smells nice and makes lots of bubbles with the added bonus of keeping the lovely lady busy for hours

I've made my nan a hamper this year with lots of lovely goodies that I know she likes but probably wouldn't treat herself to

Ask one of her daughters/daughters in law, they've been doing it years! Every nan wears nighties or slippers, dressing gown, or if she's going on holidays somewhere a nice swimsuit..or think outside the box, and make her a voucher for a day out with you, pick a date, arrange a time to pick her up, select something she likes doing..shopping/bingo/seaside etc, choose where you'll take her for lunch and put it all in the voucher...the fact you've shown you've made an effort will be more than enough for her I'm sure...my nan used to insist on toffees, coz she would get round to eating them through the year, now the Alzheimer's kicked in, it doesn't matter, coz within ten mins she's forgotten even having a gift xx

I have the same problem with my mum! She has everything too so last year I got her some big boxes to put it all in.

Strange to relate, she was actually thrilled to bits!!
