Unfortunately, most of these "offers" lack one essential ingredient.... a willing lady (or two).

Guys need to understand that just having a spare room or two isn't a sure-fire way of getting folks (for folks, read ladies!) to meet them.

I still stand by what I always say.... go to socials, make friends and network.

Once people get to know you they will be more amenable to your offer of a party, gang-bang, or even one-on-one meets at yours.
