Really, why ?
Not enough people from North Wales regularly post in the Wales forum, so I can't really see a North Wales area taking off
More of us gogs have to take part and get the ball rolling. There's a social being organised in Bangor, and there are regular ones in the North East.
So just take the plunge and join in |

Maybe it's because anything, anywhere, that is listed as "North Wales" always gets taken over by people from Chester, which is a long way away!
Any genuine North Wales people fancy a low-key and laid-back social and natter somewhere?

Gonna have to agree both with Annievixen and the original poster.
A little N. Wales sub-forums would be nice just because there aren't many so they get lost in all the other threads here so I'll agree with that in one sense. |

How is Chester a Long way from North Wales? The border is about 2 minutes from Chester lol.
Chester is further from a lot of Northwest places than it is from most places in North Wales. We can be in the heart of North Wales faster than we can be in say Stockport or Oldham
We'd consider driving to Caernarfon before driving to Leeds or Lancaster.
The point Im making is regionalising doesnt work. The North West is huge and North and south wales may as well be on different planets given th eWelsh Road situation.
Nearest city or distance from XYZ city would work a lot better |

With the A55 it takes an hour and a half to get to Holyhead from the north east, or down to the Lleyn, so it's hardly a distance
The main barrier is that people aren't willing to put themselves out there on the forum, or to attend socials
But with the ChesterSocial profile and now a social in Bangor things are looking up |

Good point. Nothing much here other than a load of time wasters and people who are all talk. If there are any genuine people sorry. We need some regular dogging and meets for the like minded. Pennant is the only one but I just get followed by the old pervy blokes. Help ! |

What you actually MEAN is that there needs to be more for single guys.
No there doesn't. Less would be better. Less singles, and less for them. |

As so many people think that I'm wrong about Chester and N Wales being some distance apart, and Caernarfon being so easy to get to ...
Anybody fancy meeting up somewhere casual and low-key near Caernarfon next week for just a casual coffee and a natter?
No sex - just a get-to-know-you meet at a garden centre cafe or similar....

Well it's a bit like the drugs row. If there was more for singles and couples to do then there wouldn't be this influx of vultures every thine something did happen. Chats would become more as they're meant to be ( ok you'll always get daydreamers) and meets wouldn't have these weirdos turning up spoiling it for the genuine people. It's a vicious circle I know. I see exactly where your coming from. I've been to some very good dogging meets in the past with partners and the singles have ruined them. I can't help it I'm now single and want to still play |
