Yes I noticed them last week, they are the permanent type. That part always causing traffic jams because of the baglan slip road. I can't see what average speed cameras are going to do there. I travel it through rush hour everyday and no one speeds there. |

They were put up there while ago weren't they? Then they disappeared, so back now? Don't envy commute through there, they'll get a few during the day time where you can actually go through at limit  |
