As with any dating/sex site, it's the risk you take, same as pulling on a night out or meeting anyone in general, when the last time you asked a bird to get a crb check done before you fucked her?.....there's enough nutters on here without criminal records mate so I wouldn't worry about that!  |

So, for any social media site, where there's the possibility that two (or more) people might have the opportunity to meet together, then everyone should have a criminal background check ?  
In that case the Book of Face would have to do this as well as any other out there 
I had to have a basic CRB check for my current job, and it took close to three months to complete 
Just imagine anyone signing up to a site having to wait that long
Some folks on here get upset not having a meet in their first fortnight 
And then there's the cost too !
It's a good job I have Platinum membership  |

People on Fab are no different to people you meet in real life Would you ask a girl you met in a bar on a night out I you can do a CRB check on her first?
Thid is [meant to be] an adult site so surely we can all make our own decisions on who we meet and if like me you ask for a social meet in a public place then I van make my own judgements   |

Also you cannot just ask to have a crb check done unless it's by a company, self employed people like myself need to register As a business first before being able to apply for one for yourself, fortunately I have contracts with organisations who provide me with enhanced crb disclosure  |

But also you could have a Clear Criminal Record but be a complete Loon anyway?? It has no relevance to Swinging...?
There are some Fried people on here that would have a Clear crb ....
plus...Lots of women Like a badboy... send the ones with Long Records my way haha.. Kidding
plus Rehabilitation of offenders????? What someone did when they were 18 shouldnt affect theyre Life now view are 30/40 etc..

That's right baby xxx my crb was awful and i now work for a international company xxx I worked my ticket and I'm now a different person xxx it's just left me with great life skills and i can now because of all my years of prison living on the streets and now working professionally I can get on with most people as long as they genuine people  |

Yuppp, where the fuck he made the connection of criminal records and current personality/morals from ill never know.
I know people who have served time and are sound others are scum.
I know many people clever enough to not get caught doing many things and still do, again some are sound guys others are arse holes.........none of it is relevant to swinging!
Talking to a fem on here who got bit on a meet after saying she wasn't interested!!......sure a crb check would have flagged him up as a biter!.....not!

I don't trust the site to protect my profile or pictures so why in the world would I trust them with my personal information contained in a crb check.

. What exactly would this achieve ?. What type of crimes would you want disclosed. ? There are plernty of nasty people out there with no criminal record . Would a criminal record bar you from joining fab?. How would you handle spent convictions and cautions ?. As it is only currently necessary to have these checks for certain jobs , difficult to see how you could justify Fab having access to the records . I personally would lose my qualification if I had any convictions . Can't see how access to the CRB would help you decide who to meet . Common sense and judgement does .
