Pulled my quad playing hockey today. Its only 2 weeks before the start of the season, so keen to make a speedy recovery and be ready before the season opener! Anyone know any exercises/stretches or tips for a speedy recovery? |

Ouch indeed! Wouldn't mind if i did it doing something heroic, but it was all down to me being caught out of position and having to sprint back most of the length of the pitch haha |

Well your rehab all depends on when you did it and how bad it is...can't go advising advanced exercises if you've got a bad 1 day old tear in your quad as that'll just make things worse. |
