Pulled quad muscle

Pulled my quad playing hockey today. Its only 2 weeks before the start of the season, so keen to make a speedy recovery and be ready before the season opener! Anyone know any exercises/stretches or tips for a speedy recovery?

Ouch indeed! Wouldn't mind if i did it doing something heroic, but it was all down to me being caught out of position and having to sprint back most of the length of the pitch haha

Yoga. I love it! Amazing for core strength and increases flexibility. Check with doc 1st tho

Well your rehab all depends on when you did it and how bad it is...can't go advising advanced exercises if you've got a bad 1 day old tear in your quad as that'll just make things worse.
