Hi!
Arranging an intimate tapas evening on 17th October. Very nice venue, We will be in a private room with private cash bar. £15.95 per person.
Varied set tapas menu which I can send to you to look at, including meat/fish/veggies etc.
If you fancy a candle lit evening of food, footsie & flirting, pop your names down and I'll send you the details.
Money must be transferred to me via PayPal to secure your place. Only space for 24 people.

Home marinated Olives - v
Regional Spanish Charcuterie with Manchego Cheese and Quince
Char-grilled local and Spanish vegetables - v
Whole slow cooked Spanish Tortilla – v
Manchego, Red Onion, Tomato, Basil and Rocket Salad – v
Chicken and Serrano Ham Croquetas
Chilli minted Lamb Meatballs, Red Wine and Tomato Sauce
Triple cooked Chips in Rosemary Sea Salt, Bravas Sauce and Alioli
Fresh San Miguel and Smoked Paprika battered Fillet of Hake, Lemon and Caperberry Alioli |

I would do it by way of people paying and if they pay and cancel only refund if the space is filled. make it clear to avoid confusion in case people need to cancel a few days before.
you should not be lumbered with costs |

 sounds good to me! I need to pay initial deposit by end of next week, then final a few weeks before. So as long as we have initial numbers paid we should be ok x if ask everyone who is certain to pay up ASAP or contact me if they wish to pay by other means.

payment issues will be covered in a private message between interested parties, so no need to dwell on it in here.
If for any reason anyone needs to cancel their place, I don't foresee a problem, and refund will be given. Also if the venue is made public then it will all be cancelled and refunded accordingly.
Now.. Back to the point, who's interested? |
