I'm on a health kick at the moment and the better I eat and more I exercise/ the longer I stay awake each night. It drives me mental and turns me into a sex pest. |

Last night was the first night in a long time I have slept all night  but usually I am up at stupid o'clock due to work patterns :/ need to tire myself out i think  xxx |

I have the total opposite problem. I struggle to stay awake. I sleep right through the night and have little sleeps through the day! I frequently fall asleep at my desk  |
