A black screen after logging in could be a number of things, from a virus to a hard drive failure. However i don't think it's something you can solve over the phone. I suggest you take it to a technician. |

theres a good pc shop in pencoed,he will look at pc and phone you back to tell you whats wrong and how much-they are reasonably priced too |
