I must be raving mad my mate in the usa has challenged me to do the bucket of iced water challenge tomorrow is the big day god I must be raving mad anybody else done it yet  |

Hunky and I did ours on Saturday! Wow it was cold and we both actually added a full bag of ice!!!! But all for a good cause, even though I felt like a fat flump in my swimming costume!! |

Yeah its meant to be one with your feet in, while you pour one over your head. Apparently mimics the feeling chemotherapy patients have when receiving treatment.
I did mine but only one bucket. Didn't have another to hand x |
