I am getting a little tired of those shirty messages that us women on here get , Firstly we are all not on here to bang everyone we have to have a type and an attraction end of . So why abuse us for that - if we don't message back clearly we aren't interested why hound rant now over x |

Not that it's any consolation but men get it from other mens too despite it saying clearly on my profile I'm not interested in men!! Try not to take it personally, more as confirmation that your first judge of character was the correct one. |

Just to balance the situation and yes I agree that women and couples do get a lot of abusive type messages especially when male ego and rejection come into play..
I personally don't indulge in that type of message as it shows a lack of naturity.
i can also see why some people may feel the need to send abusive messages for example when someone messages you, spends weeks in conversation on and off site using messenger apps, agrees to meet then cancels apologises and builds up again. ..then agrees to meet a second time..cancels then decides to defriended you without so much as a by your leave ..
let's not paint this by saying it's always males or always single fems or whatever..It just means that you invested trust and time in a person.
For the people who have been here longer..its almost par for the course... people are fickle!! tighten your filters, uprate your vetting and learn to trust all over again.

"If they start banning people they should do it by ip address so they can't rejoin so easily" issue with that is that an up address gets reallocated to someone else... That could stop a legitimate user from logging on

"i agree adusive messagez should get the sender banned but also we reply to all messages even if its a sorry not for us as manners cost nothing and it only take 30 seconds to say "
I usually get 600+ messages a day if I answered all even at 30 seconds it'd be 5 hours! I've had a couples profile and I was lucky to get 20 messages a day. |

I block block block. If someone clearly isn't courteous enough to read my profile then I block without reply. I already get less than 10% of messages I used to. xx |

Abuse seems to be the norm these days. I don't seem to remember it being like this a few years ago. I think key board warriors are getting more prevalent if some one deleted your message or says no thanks take it in the chin and move on its all about personal taste. |

"The block button is your best friend. As are the message filters for unwanted attention.
You are the boss. Take control and don't let it get to you "
This is now my phrase of the week |
