Just wondered if someone might organise a singles social as it doesn't seem To have been done before !!!!
Maybe keep It to single males and fems rather than couples with single profiles as there seems to be a lot going on for them and it would be a great way for both to chat face to to face  |

Damn good idea.
Socials are a good mix, but some couples tend to stick to couples. As a single straight female I'm not much use to some couples lol!!!
If someone can organise a couples only social. Why not a singles only one?! |

I would love to do it but really don't have the time unfortunately 
Glad you like the idea though
Maybe limit the number of males and those that don't make the first get automatic selection for the second !!
That way all males get a chance and females get more choice |

Single men and women, together with couples, are more than welcome at the Mid week socials I organise in Cardiff 
It's really only limited by the number of people asking to come along  |

That sounds like a good idea
It wouldn't be hard to arrange other
It's good that you have put thought into it as well
Like welsh said some couples only want couples but some don't want males I for 1 would attend x |

Yes that's true and all the other socials allow singles which is great but if organised would be different and possible more fun for the single people both straight and bi |

we tried to do one a few years back in caerphilly more couples wanted to go than singles we said singles only and lost out on the payment to the venue cos even on a wickedly good social not enough singles to help pay for the venue but good luck whoever gonna organise it. |

Haha I was waiting for that thanks MATE !!! Lol
Look I would love to say yes and organise it but I am not sure if I would be free to attend let alone have the time to organise it at the moment
However I would try to help anyone who does do it as much as I could if only to vet the profiles and compile lists even suggest venues etc

Ok, so spend far too much time on the site any way....
I will look into starting a singles social evening.
Give me a month or so to go and look at venues.
Will say now, it will be in or on the outskirts of Cardiff and a Friday night ........
Any suggestions, advice will be greatly received |

I know Fox hat you are up north on a Friday. But can't please everyone.
But once I check out venues, I may find they are quieter on a Wednesday or Thursday, but again that won't suit everyone

Maybe what we need is somewhere close to the M4 for those travelling to find it and possibly one with a nice beer garden. A few like to have a smoke and during this warm weather it's lovely to sit outside too |

A singles social !!! Fabulush.
As I dont drive location is another factor for me that stops me going to events.
As a very nervous single fem, meeting others like myself would be great and finally put faces to some of the names.
Count me in. Love to attend one of these obviously once sorted. |

This is a great idea for singles, even if there is enough dating sites on the internet and singles nights are quite popular in our area so that might be a good idea for sum who can't travel that far xx |

ive just noticed a sign local to me about a singles night on a thursday 3.00 a head as its social only that could be an idea could all meet up in pub beforehand and then go to one of these singles clubs could be a giggle music, drinks chat |

nor me, I personally prefer a mixture of couples and singles. I just thought it might be a place for singles to meet the same as them singles. |
