No but he has a point.... so if you are one of the top 3 finishers ( all under 1 min 18) then you must have at least lied about your age on here lol, seeing as there is 1 30 yr old and 2 in their 40s.....doesn't quiet add up anyhow lol

My PB is under 1 hr 16 but alas I didn't do the Swansea Half. At the moment I'd be lucky to break 1 hr 30! #slowasfuck

Jeez, that's some going! I'm training for this years Cardiff half. It'll be my first. I'm up to 10 miles and I'm estimating doing it in 2:15. An hour off that is incredible. I take my hat off to you.

Yep, anything under 1hr 30 min is serious club running level

1hr16 min and you should be running for Wales

My own pb is 1hr 43min
