Im learning yoga at the moment, not through a gym or class though just through books, youtube and other online sites....always worry if im doing it wrong though as I have no teacher ![](/icons/s/eek.gif) |

May have to try pilates .Ive done both in the past and there both good in their own way depends what your aiming for?now i go to the gym and do zumba,kettlebells and circuits. "

Pilates is good for core mobility, I use yoga for my flexability. and relaxation
Other than that its spinning and kettlebells. Any advice let me know, my job is in the fitness industry ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |
