Me & my buddy have negotiated & refined our rules over time & they're always up for discussion as situations & what we're looking for changes. We never play alone with each others friends, happy for them to join us as a couple or to play alone with our own friends, but he won't play alone with mine & I don't play alone with his & our main rule is, if it doesn't feel right for one of us, we don't do it X |

Do you need rules ? Apart from treating someone with respect that I hope they would treat you with any ways ? And keeping you safe ? I just asking useful to hear others opinions . I don't think I would need rules other than them two .but I am pretty rules-less in general . Xx T.Q xx |

It's not until you start to meet others & encounter different situations that you realise the need for rules, not that I like the word very much but it sums up the reality I suppose. You can rely on mutual respect but, as with other things, we're all very different & what one thinks is fine another doesn't & you have to remember fbs generally don't live together & don't often spend long periods together & its that time together that leads to the development of a mutual understanding X |

As long as each parties boundaries are known and not broken things should be fine. Especially as with a regular fb safety becomes more guaranteed. I have a few friends who are fb's but arent in the lifestyle, they feel very at ease with each other but have no pressures of the relationship. |
