Doesn't do anything for me.. In all honesty I have very big hands and if I could put my fist inside a lady it would put me off putting my pride and joy inside Hahahahaha |

Only done it once.

I tried this a few times and even with fairly small hands struggled to get the whole hand in.
However the one woman who I did manage it with writhed around in ecstasy and squirted to boot so maybe its worth persevering with
