West Wales and Cardiff

I went today. First time ever getting my kit off.

Wasn't exactly sunbathing weather - I was the only one (it was late-ish) afternoon! Good in a way - was a chance to see how I felt about it.

Was great to try it - did feel quite liberating. Just feel I need to throw off some shackles and try some new things.

May take a while before the old boy thaws out though.
