Does anyone know of any good routes/ trails around the city ?
I've done a few laps of Bute Park but would like some variety 
Anything from 3km to 10km  |

ever tried the Taff trail? Out of town from Sophia Gardens up towards Castell Coch. |

Actually I'd planned to do that tonight
Got a 14 km run in my schedule and will see how far I get |
