I have been looking forward to catching up with friends at the Bridgend Social tonight for ages. And I come down with the flu!!!!!! So sadly it's gonna be a hot water bottle, painkillers and an early night for me. Hope you all enjoy. Spare a thought for me on my sick bed. X  X |

You will feel like shit for 1st 3 weeks after you give up smoking its the lungs starting to repair themselves and slot of coughing is good apparently xxx |

Thank you everyone. I am taking every tablet I can and cosied up on the sofa with my daughters quilt and my cats. If I could swallow without extreme pain I would be much happier |
