In Any of the bigger hotels that have a large reception most people go in and out unnoticed anyway , it would take a pretty clued up Receptionist to know a guest from a visitor because there are so many , having said that I'm pretty sure there's no rule in any hotel about having visitors to your room provided they don't stay the night , even then who's to know lol |

"As the subject really!
Any suggestions for Cardiff or Newport hotels with easy access for "guests" "
The Campanille is more like the American motels. You sign in then walk outside to your room. Reception don't see anyone walking past. |

The Hilton (name may have changed?) opposite Magor services on the M4 is very open plan so easy to wander in/out without Reception taking much notice.
In Cardiff I've used lots of the city centre hotels without any issues: Thistle, Park Plaza, Radisson Blu, Sleeperz - never any problems or embarrassments. As has been suggested above, the staff at these places don't really care what you're getting up to so long as you're not causing them any more work! |
