Well, during my visit to the gum clinic this morning, the consultant asked if wanted a hep b vaccination "due to my lifestyle". I jumped at the chance (they don't come cheap).
Has anyone had it and experienced side effects? I'm always wary, as I have reacted to most vaccinations in the past. |

I've had it due to where i work. I didn't suffer any reaction but did need a booster 12months after as my immunity wasn't as high as it could be. Im now fully covered for 5yrs before i need it checking again. |

Just had mine as of my impending trip to thailand, three injection spaced over 21 days. Then a booster at 12 months.
No reaction all good here, had the typhoid injection that have me a fever for 24hrs
Get it done I had to pay for mine. As it's free hon.

Well yeah, I need mine for work as well, but rather than give them a chance to hum and ha over it and try to wriggle out of it, I went for it. 2nd jab in 4 weeks now. X |

I went to my doctors surgery yesterday and asked. Told them I work with adults with learning disabilities. They said work would have to cover the cost. X |
