I used to shop at Sainsbury's but now I've seen the light. I just got fed up with being duped by them.
Typically a wine costing £4.99 and wasn't selling well they would increase to £10.99 for about 40 days. They then cut the price of the wine to £5.49 claiming a 50% discount, when it fact it's actually 50p more than it was originally. This is typical of many of the offers at the big Supermarkets. Moral of this story is - Avoid the big Supermarkets. |

always in life i follow the old saying ...
if it sounds too good to be true it usually is .
Nobody gives things away not even supermarkets...
Also the clubcard is a tool used to see what you are buying all year round gathering information. to save you money? or to charge you more ? When they they know you will buy certain things anyway why would they discount?
