I read with disbelief the other day of a case where a young boy aged about 7 was awarded 3K compensation for injuring his hand when he ..punched a water chiller..in his school..because ..he was angry,,and the local education authority are now having to remove all the water chillers from all the schools in the area..
Now,,if he was my son,,Im sure myself and other likeminded parents on here would have dealt with the matter differently,,and not by running to the nearest,,NO WIN..NO FEE solicitor..His parents seem to be of the ilk,,thats its ALWAYS someone elses fault other than theirs,,and the solicitor should have called the police and had the parents escorted from the premises forthwith.!..do other bloggers feel this way?? |
