A lot of pubs are struggling for business at the moment so bravo to him for thinking outside the box. And private event raises revenue foe the pub, he may insist on the normal no playing rule. See if you can raise some interest it could be interesting to see who is willing to support

Thank you so much for the advice  he is very open minded and as stated pubs are struggling with business. He has a large function room and also the pub has rooms available to pay to stay if required. The pub is located in Bargoed so train station isn't far away either. |
