Cardiff night out

Hi all, I'm staying in Cardiff centre in 4 weekends time.

Could anyone suggest good bars and clubs to go to in the evening

Also is the Bay Area any good during the day for a few drinks ?,

The Bay has a good lot of daytime drinking places right overlooking the waterxxx
