Been in tesco tonight looking at the muscle build and weight loss tablets my question is
DO THE WEIGHT LOSS TABLETS HELP OR ARE THEY A CON?

The clue is in the name really, they are a supplement to a good diet and exercise programme. There is no miracle cure and no substitute for hard work and commitment.
As a hard working amateur athlete, some things work for me, others are a load of tripe.
If it sounds too good to be true, the it is exactly that. |

I can loss the first few stone in a month or two then I hit a wall and no matter how hard I try I never seem to get past that wall I train harder and it still doesn't help |
