Erm.... 25 people said yes in two days and you say there isn't enough interest?

if that sort of response carried on, you could fill a tidy sized pub room in a week?

how can people commit without even a date or venue, it's all a bit pie in the sky. We're really keen on this & would do all we could to be there, but like a lot of people we need to be met half way x

Ok sorry to say but due to problems with building regs and builders it might be that the merthyr social is going to have to be put bk a few weeks any ideas when would be a good time to hold it now as its looks like the pub will be opened but about the time of the social so to soon to close to the public so any ideas when to hold it now would be a great help xxx

Sorry but we have tried everything for it to happen but building regs and bloody builders have stopped it kitten but will hold it just need some ideas of a date any ideas will be a great help

If pub is opening around 7th Dec... ish, I'd give it a month to settle in, and get the regular trade, then set a date.

So, perhaps around the middle of Jan?

Great way to blow away those post-xmas cobwebs, should be over our New Years hangover by then lol!

You can ask a forum mod to close it, or contact admin.

Personally, I would leave it up but pop in occasionally to re-post that its been postponed, many people don't come into the forums very often, and if the thread disappears they might wonder why and get confooooosed lol
