Okay I was slightly confused by the question so did a bit of research into designer vaginas.
I think the questions should be “Why would you want one done?”
The same as why would you want any other cosmetic surgery?
Again it is the media that pushes the “perfect image” upon the general population and sadly a small percentage will feel the need to confirm to the stereotype.
Ladies should be confident and happy in their bodies especially when their lifestyle is one such as this and if they are not then they need to ask the question why?
Personally I would rather the person attached to it be pretty inside than an aesthetically pleasing vagina

Actually I had never come across the term, and thought the question was quite an intriguing and interesting one, to which I felt the need to expand on, seeing as this is a forum. Pleas forgive my ignorance for trying to express an opinion, while extending some support to a fellow poster, where others are happy to knock the confidence of the ladies.
Now I know that the post was only written in jest and for a giggle I shall consider all future posts to be equally idiotic and pointless, and not worthy of a response. I shall forthwith withhold any future opinion as one does not seems to be welcome.
