My sat nav says very little in for me if I go from Chepstow M4 and A470 or go to Abergavenny and down the heads of the Valleys road. But I going to be on the road 6 p.m. on a Friday night , Which is best ???

I'd do Abergavenny tbh as Newport is a bottle neck on a Friday evening.....
