try doing a firmware update on it, unplug the box, hold down the "backup" buttong on the box and plug the power lead back in and you should get a screen saying its updating.

Failing that do a full rebuild of the hdd, press on the remote, services 4 0 1 select, then the installer menu should come up if you did it right, try sky+ planner rebuild (called housekeeping on some boxes) and if that still dont work get into the installer menu again and try a full system reset.

if it still dont work then the hdd has damaged sectors and will only ever show 60%
