My Thursday mini rant .......... lol
Fed up with customer services today! Npower being the number one on my hit list! Had reminder letters, been trying to talk to them since Friday last week, their waiting times have been over an hour. Every person I speak to, gives me a different story and the person before them have been in the wrong. I was paying every 2 weeks, but they say I've missed payments. Only way forward is a pre-pay meter which I have to put £60 on every 2 weeks.
Next is Sky! Been having problems with dish and broadband. They wanted to charge £65 call out. I wasn't willing to pay that, so they did offer me a reduced fee of £15, but couldn't reduce the broadband as it comes from BT. Plus they could only reduce my TV bill by 10%. So I cancelled them. 31 days notice!!
Rang Virgin, and now have them coming to install all 3 services by 1 person. With more for my money for 6 months, free installation and I can reduce my package after the 6 months!
Now time to try and get through to the dentist, kids due a check up and I've been on their waiting list since December last year!!!
And relax!!!!!!!!!!!

Always send stuff like that recorded delivery, they won't 'LOSE' it then, it's just a stall tactic |
