Its mainly all the attention its had lately with the programme. Also there are posts going on the internet of locations and what happens aswel as boyracers choosing the sites as meets coz they quiet and people going there to partake in drug taking out of the way. The police have caught onto this and are getting more common on it |

the coppers had a crackdown on dogging years ago up round the valleys, they had detectors fitted on the entrances to any of the well known dogging sites, if you went there late at night you could almost guarantee there would be a squad car there within 15-20 minutes |

How many times are you going to post this idiotic and WRONG opinion?
The police CAN act if they catch you.
It does NOT need to be complaint from a member of the public.
Get it right or stop posting on the subject, before someone follows your dangerous advice and gets busted. |

but the laws the law at the end of the day, and a lot of people get thier kicks from the fact thats its against the law too |

We agree Tidyguy.
If no harm is being done, that should be the end of it.
But as the law stands, that's not the end of it, so if you get a copper whose wife didn't finish the bj that morning, he's going to bust you.
We all know the risks, but take the chance anyway. That's part of the excitement.

Legal side of dogging: public sex UK law
It is very important for all people interested in the swinging lifestyle to know the dogging law in the UK and to find out if what they are doing is illegal. The media’s been full or reports of adults getting arrested in Muslim countries for getting caught having sex in a public place. India and Dubai are very strict about adultery and public displays of affection and you don’t want to be on the wrong side of the law there. Even in places that are considered liberal like London, couples have been getting in trouble for having sex in the gardens of Buckingham Palace during broad daylight.
The law concerning dogging sex differs from country to country and state to state. In the UK there is currently a new sexual offences bill in the process of being approved and this will have an influence on sex in public places. Currently UK dogging is mentioned in the sexual offences act under section 66 - Exposure and Section 67 - Voyeurism.
Section 66 of the law specifically states that if doggers intend to cause alarm or distress to members of the public then they are not following the law and face consequences. In other words, it is not illegal to have sex outdoors but you can get in trouble if an innocent passerby spots you and is offended. You can avoid getting into trouble by staying clear from residential areas and major car parks where anyone could turn up. It is best to be discreet and use out of the way locations to ensure no one is offended, even in your own garden.
If we look at the dogging law in the UK, section 67 talks about voyeurs that is also a big part of this community. They are only at risk if they approach adults having sex in cars that are not doggers, and therefore not consenting, but are just simply courting couples. A large number of public sex locations locations have grown from well-established lovers lanes and gay cruising areas, so there is a potential risk of being in breach of section 67. Luckily if you follow simple etiquette and wait for a couple to flash their headlight before you approach them , you are on the right side of the law.
As you can see there are no specific laws about this nighttime ‘sport’ and you should be fine if you take all the reasonable precautions not to offend or observe the non-dogging public. Also stay clear of taking part in any type of adult activities in Muslim countries, and rather go naughty in places like England, Scotland, Wales and ireland

Laws work this way to the police in this country, offence committed = where it's up to the curtosy if the police to say whether theres an offence or not with themselve as the offended party. Offence complete = where they act on a complaint from someone who had taken offence.
So the police don't really need any complaint to act |
