Can anyone help or advise please.
Some of my channels say "Signal not being received" this is because my sky dish is slightly out and needs adjusting.
Spoke online with Sky, they say I have to pay for an engineer, which I thought came in with the monthly payments.
They advise a one off payment of £65 or monthly payments of around £8 per month.
Is there any way around this???

You could either see if someone local will do it for less or if you are unhappy about the cost from Sky you could always decide to cancel and be put through to Retentions team... |

i used to have the same problem ...
i used to change the coaxial cables around in the back of the sky dish
m8 used to work 4 sky and said its water in the cable |
