Not swinging related this, but just read the news that Oakwood Park will not be re-opening for the 2025 season, with it's owner saying it's no longer viable.

Granted it was never the best theme park in the UK but it was a rite of passage for many thousands of people and I would bet it was the first theme park most of us here in Wales ever went to.

Sad times

Be back open now next month under a new name after the financal year . They were taking drench down last month to renew with new ride . All about the money and grants ect...

Blue stone folly farm and oakwood owned by the same owner i beleive
