I went with a FWB last year. Was nice, some rooms a little dated but food was ok and spa was clean and nice. Only had a basic massage treatment, but was well done

They have themed nights, those nights be easier for people to come in, but it's all quiet open really
The spa is lovely. Very clean, and had a relaxing time. As has been mentioned, rooms can be a little dated, depending on where in the hotel you are, but overall, a lovely experience.
